Beautifully Ugly as a concept is rooted in the acceptance and appreciation of the ever present duality of life. That without darkness, there is no light. That heartbreak is preceded by love. That happiness would lose all meaning if not balanced by sadness. In a world defined by perfectionism and its attainment, we are pained by perfection. 

Beautifully Ugly is our attempt at conveying the necessity for both, not to feel one thing or another but to feel it all. Beautifully Ugly is our way of expressing that things are not either; but both.
